OFFICIAL PROMOTION RULES

This promotion is sponsored and administered by Ohana Media Group, LLC through the following radio stations:

PROMOTION ADMINISTRATOR
This promotion is administered by Ohana Media Group, LLC.
Questions regarding these Official Rules or the administration of the promotion may be directed to Ohana Media Group, LLC.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The official promotion begins June 8, 2026 and concludes August 15, 2026.
GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Black 2026 Chevrolet Trax.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $25,000.
The vehicle will include Chevrolet’s standard manufacturer warranty coverage in effect at the time of transfer, currently consisting of a three (3) year / 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper limited warranty and a five (5) year / 60,000-mile powertrain limited warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.
Any warranty claims, coverage determinations, repairs, or warranty-related matters shall be governed solely by the applicable manufacturer warranty and are not the responsibility of Ohana Media Group, LLC, participating stations, Chevrolet of Wasilla, Three Bears Alaska, or Legends Detailing.
The vehicle is owned by Chevrolet of Wasilla and will never be owned or possessed by any participating radio station.
The vehicle will be transferred by Chevrolet of Wasilla to the winner for $0.00.
Chevrolet of Wasilla will pay the first two years of vehicle registration and applicable DMV fees associated with the transfer, including the $12.50 motor vehicle tax.
The vehicle may contain sponsor logos, station logos, promotional graphics, and QR codes.
After legal ownership is transferred, the winner may retain, trade, sell, or transfer the vehicle in accordance with applicable law.
The prize may not be redeemed for cash through the participating stations.
No cash substitution will be offered by the stations.
Chevrolet of Wasilla reserves the right to substitute the advertised vehicle with a vehicle of equal or greater value should the advertised vehicle become unavailable due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to manufacturer delays, damage, recall, theft, or inventory availability.
ELIGIBILITY
Participants must:
• Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Be legal residents of Alaska.
• Possess valid government-issued photo identification.
Employees of Ohana Media Group, LLC, KBBO, KBYR, KFAT, KMBQ, KRAK, KXLW, Chevrolet of Wasilla, Three Bears Alaska, Legends Detailing, their advertising agencies, and immediate family members or household members are not eligible.
QUALIFYING
A total of 226 qualifiers will participate in the final giveaway event.
• 200 qualifiers will be selected during the promotion period.
• 26 additional qualifiers will be selected on-site on August 15, 2026.
Ohana Media Group, LLC and participating stations reserve the right to select qualifiers through methods including but not limited to:
• QR code entries
• Online entries
• On-air call-in contests
• Remote broadcasts
• Sponsor location promotions
• Social media promotions
• Other station-sponsored activities
Qualifier allocation among participating stations shall be determined solely by Ohana Media Group, LLC.
Participants may qualify only once during the promotion period regardless of station, sponsor location, or entry method.
Individuals found to have qualified multiple times may have duplicate qualifications removed at the sole discretion of Ohana Media Group, LLC.
Ohana Media Group, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or entry determined to have been submitted through automated means, fraudulent methods, multiple accounts, false identities, or any attempt to circumvent contest rules or entry limitations.
ONLINE ENTRY LIMITS
Participants may submit one (1) online entry per person per calendar day.
Multiple entries submitted by the same individual in excess of the daily limit may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Ohana Media Group, LLC.
Ohana Media Group, LLC and participating stations reserve the right to verify entrant eligibility and identity.
PARTICIPATING THREE BEARS LOCATIONS
Promotional materials, QR codes, entry opportunities, and vehicle appearances may be available at participating Three Bears Alaska locations, including:

Participating locations are subject to change without notice.
Availability of promotional materials, entry opportunities, QR codes, vehicle appearances, and station remotes may vary by location.

Event Schedule
• Check-In / Registration: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• On-Site Qualifier Drawing: At or about 11:35 AM
• Mandatory Rules Meeting: 11:45 AM
• First Key Attempt: 12:00 PM
All event times are approximate and subject to change, delay, modification, or adjustment at the sole discretion of Ohana Media Group, LLC, participating stations, and sponsors due to operational needs, attendance, weather, technical issues, safety considerations, or other circumstances affecting the administration of the event.
Qualifying during the promotional period does not guarantee receipt of a prize.
All finalists must be physically present and checked in at the final event in order to participate in the key-fob giveaway and remain eligible to win.
Failure to check in by the deadline may result in disqualification and forfeiture of eligibility.
No proxy participants will be permitted.
ON-SITE QUALIFIER DRAWING
Twenty-six (26) additional qualifiers will be selected on-site on August 15, 2026.
Eligible attendees must register during the designated registration period.
Twenty-six names will be randomly drawn at or about 11:35 AM.
Individuals selected must be present at the time of the drawing and meet all eligibility requirements.
Individuals who have already qualified during the promotion period may participate in event activities but shall not receive an additional qualification opportunity through the on-site qualifier drawing.
The on-site qualifier drawing is intended to select additional unique qualifiers.
FAILURE TO APPEAR / ALTERNATE QUALIFIERS
Any qualifier who:
• Cannot be contacted
• Declines participation
• Is determined to be ineligible
• Fails to appear at the final event
• Fails to complete required documentation
may be disqualified and replaced.
Replacement qualifiers may be selected from eligible attendees present at the event at the sole discretion of Ohana Media Group, LLC and participating stations.
KEY FOB PROCEDURE
Each qualifier will receive a randomly assigned key fob and starting position.
Only one key fob will be programmed to start the vehicle.
Participants will attempt to start the vehicle in the order assigned.
The first participant whose key fob starts the vehicle will be declared the winner.
All decisions of Ohana Media Group, LLC, participating stations, and Chevrolet of Wasilla regarding contest administration are final.
VEHICLE POSSESSION
The winner must provide proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license before taking possession of the vehicle.
If the winner is unable to legally drive the vehicle, arrangements may be made for a licensed and insured driver to remove the vehicle from the dealership property.
Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility prior to prize award.
The winner will be declared at the conclusion of the key-fob giveaway and must complete all required documentation before taking possession of the prize.
Delivery of the vehicle shall be coordinated between the winner and Chevrolet of Wasilla.
Transfer timing is subject to normal dealership and DMV processing requirements.
The winner must complete all required prize documentation, eligibility verification, liability releases, and vehicle transfer requirements within thirty (30) days of notification unless otherwise approved by Chevrolet of Wasilla and Ohana Media Group, LLC.
Failure to complete required documentation may result in forfeiture of the prize.
ADDITIONAL PRIZE
The grand prize winner will also receive six (6) vehicle detailing services from Legends Detailing, valued at approximately $1,200 ($200 per detail).
Services must be redeemed within one (1) year of vehicle transfer.
Scheduling is subject to Legends Detailing availability.
Services have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
Total Approximate Prize Value: $26,200.
TAXES
Chevrolet of Wasilla will pay the first two years of registration fees, associated DMV fees, and the $12.50 motor vehicle tax.
Any federal, state, or local tax obligations not specifically covered by Chevrolet of Wasilla shall remain the sole responsibility of the winner.
REQUIRED RELEASES AND DOCUMENTATION
As a condition of participation in the final event, qualifiers may be required to complete and sign any documents deemed necessary by Ohana Media Group, LLC, sponsors, or promotional partners, including but not limited to:
• Eligibility Affidavits
• Liability Waivers
• Publicity Releases
• Event Participation Releases
• Prize Acceptance Documents
• Vehicle Transfer Documents
Failure or refusal to complete required documentation may result in disqualification and forfeiture of eligibility.
PUBLICITY RELEASE
Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Ohana Media Group, LLC, participating stations, sponsors, and promotional partners to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, and video for promotional purposes without additional compensation where permitted by law.
LIABILITY RELEASE
By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Ohana Media Group, LLC, KBBO, KBYR, KFAT, KMBQ, KRAK, KXLW, Chevrolet of Wasilla, Three Bears Alaska, Legends Detailing, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns, contractors, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or causes of action arising out of participation in the promotion, attendance at the final event, acceptance of the prize, possession of the prize, or use of the prize.
Ohana Media Group, LLC, participating stations, sponsors, promotional partners, and Chevrolet of Wasilla are not responsible for injury, loss, damage, delays, weather-related issues, vehicle manufacturer recalls, acts of God, government actions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond their control.
TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS
In the event of a mechanical failure, electronic malfunction, key fob programming issue, vehicle malfunction, or any circumstance affecting the integrity of the giveaway, Ohana Media Group, LLC, participating stations, and Chevrolet of Wasilla reserve the right to modify contest procedures and determine an alternate method of awarding the prize.
All decisions regarding contest administration shall be final.
DISQUALIFICATION
Ohana Media Group, LLC and participating stations reserve the right to disqualify any participant who:
• Violates contest rules
• Provides false information
• Attempts to tamper with contest procedures
• Engages in fraudulent conduct
• Acts in a disruptive or unsafe manner
MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION
Ohana Media Group, LLC, participating stations, and sponsors reserve the right to modify, postpone, suspend, cancel, terminate, or alter any aspect of the promotion, contest procedures, prize structure, event schedule, promotional methods, or these Official Rules due to weather, safety concerns, technical issues, vehicle availability, force majeure events, legal requirements, sponsor needs, or circumstances beyond their control.
RULE CHANGES AND INTERPRETATION
Ohana Media Group, LLC, participating stations, Chevrolet of Wasilla, Three Bears Alaska, and Legends Detailing reserve the right to modify, clarify, interpret, amend, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of this promotion, including these Official Rules, at any time and for any reason deemed necessary to ensure the fair administration, integrity, safety, and operation of the promotion.
Any such changes shall become effective upon publication by Ohana Media Group, LLC, participating stations, or sponsors.
By participating in the promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the most current version of these Official Rules.
All decisions made by Ohana Media Group, LLC, participating stations, and sponsors regarding eligibility, qualification, rule interpretation, contest administration, prize awards, and dispute resolution shall be final and binding.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform utilized in connection with the promotion.
Participants release Facebook, Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., and all social media platforms from any responsibility related to this promotion.
ODDS OF WINNING
Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible qualifiers present at the final event.

All decisions by Ohana Media Group, LLC regarding interpretation and enforcement of these rules are final.
